From 2017 to 2020, Ramiro worked at Facebook as an agency partner manager, where he helped the company work on its first official POVs regarding influencer marketing in paid media.
In 2020, Ramiro became the first agency sales manager at TikTok, where he quickly became a sales director. At TikTok, Ramiro hired & developed a sales team of 50 people and a book of business doing over $1B in annual ad spend from the top 100 non-big-six agencies in North America.
In late 2023, Ramiro and Fernanda started taking on new clients, eager to help businesses of all sizes with their marketing & business goals.
Claudia drives Fuerte’s business development efforts with a focus on local business & Hispanic business.
With a Masters in Business from ESERP in Madrid, Claudia became an Account Executive at Univision. She helps Austin businesses tap into the local Hispanic market through radio, TV, and online advertising.
On the weekends, you can find her volunteering for causes she’s passionate about such as with the young girls nonprofit Latinitas, or supporting local businesses at their grand openings or event promotions.
Fuerte means 'strong' in Spanish.

Our logo is the Live Oak tree of the Rio Grande Valley (where we're from). These trees take time to grow, but they last the test of time.
Background:
In 2020, Buffalo Cycle Boats approached us for consultation on digital marketing strategy, referred to our business through word of mouth.
Their goal was to increase revenue for their business using the power of social advertising. They provide chartered boats & barges on the Buffalo, NY waterfront. They chose to work with Fuerte because they trusted our team's experience, feeling we knew Meta advertising in and out second-to-none.
The plan:
Our plan started with installing the proper tracking & attribution technology like the Facebook Pixel, making sure we were capturing data across the entire path to purchase. We then put together a creative strategy recommendation that the team on-the-ground implemented.
Using the new content, Fuerte Media launched performance marketing campaigns aimed at targeting users most likely to check out & reserve a package via the website. Using a combination of user data & website data, we optimized ads for high value audiences and quickly built credibility with the intended audience.
The result:
After two months, the campaigns performed better than ever expected. For every $1,000 invested in Facebook ads, our data attributed over $50,000 in revenue to the Facebook ads.

Similarly, I managed the agency partnership on this case study from 2020 to early 2023. We worked with the agency to ensure Liquid I.V. adopted full funnel marketing strategies on TikTok.
As their TikTok rep, I helped this brand utilize user-generated content & boosted posts to grow their following, website traffic, and revenue. We got one of the first case studies ever published on TikTok for Business.
